Let's Talk Notary Services

We drop the ink wherever you are—home, hospital, Kwik Trip, supper club...same-day seals for refi's, wills, LLCs & more. No lines, no hassle.

As a Wisconsin notary public, we're here to make your life easier by handling official document verifications on the go. But it's important to know our scope. We are not attorneys. We cannot prepare or complete documents. We follow Wisconsin state law to keep everything compliant.

  • What We Can Do

Witness Signatures: Verify you're signing willingly and are who you say you are (e.g., for deeds, powers of attorney, or contracts).

Administer Oaths/Affirmations: Swear you in for affidavits, depositions, or verbal statements.

Take Acknowledgments: Confirm you've signed a document knowingly (common for real estate closings or loans).

Certify Copies: Attest that a copy matches the original (we cannot certify copies of vital records).

Handle Protests: For unpaid bills or notes (rare, but we can).

Notary Signing Agent: We can handle the signing of your loan documents onsite, such as a home equity line of credit or refinancing.

  • What We CANNOT Do

Give Legal Advice: We cannot advise on legal documents, recommend changes, or act as your lawyer. If you need help preparing or changing documents, you need to consult your lawyer.

Notarize Incomplete Documents: All documents must be fully completed before notarizing. No blanks are allowed in key sections, except where your signature for notarizing.

Backdate or Postdate: Notarizations must happen in real-time.

Notarize Without Proper ID: If we don't know you personally, you'll need valid government-issued photo ID (like driver's license or passport).

What You're Responsible For

To make your DropInk608 visit smooth and quick, prep these essentials—we can't proceed without them.

Have All Documents Ready: Fully completed except for signatures (where you sign in front of us). No blanks in critical spots— we can't fill them in or advise on what to write.

Bring Valid ID: Government-issued photo ID that's current (e.g., WI driver's license, passport). If multiple signers, everyone needs theirs.

Ensure All Parties Are Present: Everyone signing must be there in person— no proxies or power of attorney for notarizations unless specified.

Understand Your Document: Know what you're signing and why— we can't explain legal terms or implications.

Quiet Space if Needed: For sensitive docs like wills or POAs, have a private spot— but we're flexible for hospitals or driveways.

Pro Tip

Double-check your docs against the form requirements (e.g., no pre-signed signatures for witnessed acts). If something's off, we might need to reschedule— saving you time and hassle!
